The cold environment allows the sweat to evaporate easily and it simply does not imply that your exercise is not productive and beneficial to the body.

However, there are some practices that advocates sweating due to hot temperature. One such practice is going inside a steam bath. The steam opens your pores allowing sweat to pass without restriction thus expelling the toxins and your body’s fats.
